Ingredients: Ragi Flour: 1 cup Jaggery Powder: 1 cup Water: 2-3 cups (adjust according to the consistency) Almonds (chopped): 1/2 tsp Method: 1. Dry roast the ragi flour. 2. Boil jaggery powder separately in water and keep it ready. 3. Once the ragi flour has been roasted properly, add jaggery water and adjust the consistency according to your desire by putting more water. 4. Garnish with chopped/slivered almonds or any other nut of your choice.
